If you enjoy having a a beverage from time to time, leave your cash at home if you plan to do your consuming in a casino. I am serious. Leave your pocketbook, your money belt, and keep all cash, credit cards and checkbooks at home. Take only the money you expect to spend on drinks, tips and few dollars you expect to squander and leave the remainder behind.

Cynical? Not by any means. Just realistic. You might have a success after a drunken evening out with your comrades and be lucky sufficiently to hit a 25 minute toss at a hot craps table. Keep that story considering that it’s as short-lived as it gets if you continually drink and bet. The pair just do not go well together.

Leaving your money at home is a little bit drastic, but precautionary actions for dramatic behavior is essential. If you play to win, then do not consume alcohol and gamble. If you like to be wasteful with your $$$$ without a worry, then drink all the gratuitous beer you are able to handle, but do not pack charge cards and chequebooks to throw into the mix of going after squanderings after your drunk as a skunk self throws away every little thing!

Allow me to take this a single step further. Don’t drink alcohol and then hop on the internet to bet in your favorite casino either. I enjoy a cocktail from the coziness of my home, but considering that I’m connected through Neteller, Firepay and keep plastic credit in close proximity, I can not drink alcohol and bet.

How come? Even though I don’t drink alcohol to excess, when I drink alcohol, it is clearly enough to cloud my common sense. I bet, so I do not drink alcohol when gambling. If you are more of a drinker, do not gamble at the same time. The two mix up for a dangerous, and crazy, cocktail.
